I would like to save some paper and print for pages on each sheet, what is the easiest way to create such a duplex print?

At a DIKU terminal/shell:

pdfbook <manual.pdf>

And you get a shiny new pdf named manualbook.pdf, print it with your favorite pdf print app, but remember to print duplex.

On your own laptop, pdfbook is included with texlive distribution or in a package named 'pdfjam'.
