Which BibTex style would you recommend? |
|
I use the 'alphabetic' style: I prefer a style where the citation handles doesn't change between different versions of my document, like the numeric styles. This style uses author initials and year of publication as handle, thus also allowing the reader to see how old the citations are without moving to the bibliography. Example (HTML): http://wiki.lyx.org/BibTeX/Biblatex#toc5 Example (PDF): http://dybber.dk/static/acc-opencl2011.pdf I don't like how it displays papers with more than three authors. Here only the first author is mentioned and the rest are hidden behind "et al.". Apart from that, I think it satisfies my own needs pretty well. Yes. I would've prefferred et. al. in the citation instead of the + (never seen that before), and full names in the bibliography. |
