How to get a thesis office. A thesis office is basically a small office where you can write your thesis, you get a table, a chair and a place where you can keep all you materials so you don't need to take it home every day. The official way to get a thesis office is to fill out the form on https://intranet.ku.dk/datalogi_ka/faciliteter/specialepladser/Sider/default.aspx this require that you have a thesis number. A thesis number can take some time to get and is quit cumbersome to get outside the normal school year. This is a guide on how to get a thesis office without a thesis number. First this to do is get you mentor signature on a piece of paper like this. I give the student permission to have a thesis office on DIKU Signature _____________, Date _____________ Add cpr and more if you like. This document is not available anywhere, so you must create and print it yourself and enter the information required. The note needs to be passed to the key lady: Lisa Ibenfeldt Schultz in room 3-0-18 on DIKU. She will give you a key and sent your request to Bent (building administrator), who manages the thesis offices. Then you just need to go to Penthouse and find a table that is free and write your name on it. If no tables are free you can sit in the small terminal rum until a table is freed. Penthouse is placed on top of the south wing of DIKU, you can access it from the south spindle staircase all the way to the top. Something to note about penthouse:
