If you go to the course on Absalon, you can find the CourseID as part of the URL.

Now all you have to is to append the CourseID to this URL:

https://pabsws.ku.dk/index.aspx?starturl=main.aspx%26CourseId%3d

If your CourseID is 13487, your bookmark will be:

https://pabsws.ku.dk/index.aspx?starturl=main.aspx%26CourseId%3d13487
