The canteen can be reserved by filling out the reservation form (english version). If the application is accepted and depending on the scope of the event, you may be required to pay a deposit of DKK 1000 and sign a contract with one of the canteen's board members. Other times you may simply get an email saying it's okay to use the canteen for your stated purpose.
